This policy sets out your right to cancel an order placed on doriela.com, the timeframes involved, and how cancellations are processed. It applies to all orders delivered to the United Kingdom.

Your Right to Cancel

1. Statutory Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Our policy extends this to 30 days from delivery.

Before Dispatch

2. Cancelling Before Your Order Is Shipped

If you contact us before dispatch, we will cancel your order immediately and issue a full refund within 5 business days.

Email info@doriela.com with subject line "Order Cancellation — [Your Order Number]" as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.

After Dispatch

3. Cancelling After Your Order Has Been Shipped

Accept delivery and return the item under our Return & Refund Policy. Do not refuse delivery.

Step 1 — Accept the delivery when it arrives

Step 2 — Email info@doriela.com to initiate a return

Step 3 — Return the item — refund issued within 5 business days of receipt

How to Cancel

4. Cancellation Request Details

Email info@doriela.com with: your full name, order number, email used at checkout, and a statement that you wish to cancel. You may use this model statement:

"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [order number / item]. Ordered on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]."

Refunds

— Processing time: within 5 business days of confirmed cancellation or receipt of return

— Shipping costs: non-refundable unless item was faulty or incorrectly sent
