Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
My payment was declined — what should I do?
Check your card details are correct and that sufficient funds are available. Try a different payment method. If the issue continues, contact your bank or email us at info@doriela.com.
Are there any extra charges at checkout?
No. All prices include taxes. Shipping is free. The price at checkout is the total you pay.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes — email info@doriela.com with your order number.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. DHL delivers within 5–8 business days — giving an estimated total of 6–11 business days from order to delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value applies.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
No. All UK import duties, VAT, and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing extra is charged at delivery.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
Check your DHL tracking via our Track Your Order page. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@doriela.com.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email info@doriela.com with your order number — we will reply with instructions within 1 business day.

Who pays for return shipping?
Faulty or wrong item: we cover all costs. Change of mind / wrong size: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return, to your original payment method in GBP. Allow a further 3–5 business days for your bank to process it.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
Tracking
Where is my tracking number?
Sent by email when your order is dispatched. You can also track anytime via our Track Your Order page.
My tracking shows no information yet — why?
Tracking can take a few hours to activate after dispatch. If there is still no update after 24 hours, contact us.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if not yet dispatched, email info@doriela.com with your order number as soon as possible for a full refund. If already dispatched, accept delivery and return it under our returns policy.
