Accessibility Statement
Doriela is committed to making doriela.com accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our website in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
01 Our Commitment
We believe everyone should be able to shop with us comfortably, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Doriela is operated by Okanshop and we take our responsibility to provide an inclusive experience seriously.
We aim to conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
02 What We Have Done
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility on doriela.com:
- All images include descriptive alt text so screen readers can convey their content
- The website can be navigated using a keyboard alone, without a mouse
- Skip navigation links are provided to allow users to jump directly to main content
- Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimum requirements
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Headings are structured in a logical hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) to aid navigation
- Links and buttons have descriptive, meaningful labels
- Forms include clearly associated labels for all input fields
- The website is responsive and functions correctly on mobile and tablet devices
- ARIA landmarks are used where appropriate to identify page regions
- The language of each page is declared in the HTML to assist screen readers
03 Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the website may present limitations, primarily due to third-party tools and content we do not fully control:
- Order tracking functionality is provided by a third-party app (Track123) — its accessibility may vary
- Customer reviews are powered by Loox, a third-party reviews platform — some review widgets may not be fully screen-reader optimised
- Payment processing interfaces are provided by Shopify Payments and are subject to Shopify's own accessibility standards
- Some promotional banner animations may cause difficulty for users with vestibular disorders — these can be paused via your browser or OS motion-reduction settings
If you encounter any difficulty accessing content or completing a purchase due to an accessibility barrier, please contact us directly — we will assist you personally and work to resolve the issue.
04 Technical Specifications
doriela.com relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1:

05 Conformance Status
doriela.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, primarily in third-party embedded content as described in Section 3.
We are committed to addressing all known issues and improving conformance on an ongoing basis.
