We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. All prices and delivery terms on this page apply to UK orders only.
Shipping Costs
2. Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free shipping on every order to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value applies. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay — no shipping charges are added.

Processing Time
3. How Long Before Your Order Is Dispatched
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Order Cut-Off: Order Cut-Off time is 14:00 (GMT/BST London).
Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT/BST London) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate dispatch confirmation with your DHL tracking number once shipped.

5. Shipped via DHL
All orders are shipped via DHL. Every order receives a tracking number — no exceptions. Your tracking number is sent by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track at any time via our Track Your Order page or directly at dhl.com.
Customs & Duties
6. No Extra Charges at Delivery
Doriela ships from the Netherlands to the United Kingdom. As the UK is outside the EU, orders pass through UK customs. All applicable UK import duties, VAT, and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged anything extra at delivery. We handle all customs documentation on your behalf.
If a customs charge is incorrectly applied to your delivery, contact us at info@doriela.com and we will resolve it immediately.
Address Changes
7. Updating Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@doriela.com. Once an order has been handed to DHL, we cannot guarantee an address change.
Lost or Damaged
8. Delivery Problems
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@doriela.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs where applicable. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Please retain damaged packaging until we confirm how to resolve the issue.
9. Where Do We Ship From
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands. Delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 5–8 business days in transit once dispatched.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to the following:
- BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses
- PO Boxes
- Forwarding addresses or freight forwarders
